Terms of use
The rules for this website, for enrolling online, and for the courses you book through it.
This website is run by the driving school, an LTO-accredited driving school. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Enrolling online
The enrollment form is a request, not a contract. Our registrar contacts you to confirm the course, the branch and the schedule; your enrollment is made when you sign the enrollment form at the branch and the fee or first installment is paid. The fee is the package price shown on the Courses page on the day you enroll, and it is fixed for your enrollment even if the price later changes.
2. Hours and certificates
The Theoretical Driving Course requires 15 hours of instruction. The Practical Driving Course requires at least 8 hours of driving for each licence code, over at least two days for a light or heavy vehicle. Only hours logged at the time count: theory by your time in and time out, driving by the minutes between the instructor's start and end of the lesson, never more than the booked slot. A lesson shorter than 30 minutes credits no time.
We issue a certificate only when your logged hours, and for a car the number of days, are complete. We will not issue a certificate for hours that were not taken, under any arrangement. Certificates are transmitted to your LTMS account; the LTO's own rules and fees for your permit, exam and licence apply separately.
3. Fees, installments and receipts
Fees are in Philippine pesos. Where a package allows installments, each is due on the date in your schedule; we issue an official receipt for every payment. We may hold the release of a certificate until the fee is paid if the school's policy at enrollment says so.
4. Lessons, lateness and no-shows
Please arrive on time for each lesson. If you cannot come, tell your branch as early as you can so we can rebook it. A lesson missed without notice is recorded as a no-show and credits no hours. Your instructor may end or refuse a lesson if driving would be unsafe, including if you appear unfit to drive.
5. Withdrawal
You may withdraw from a course by telling your branch in writing. Any refund is computed on the lessons not yet taken under the policy stated on your enrollment form; hours already logged stay on your record.
6. The student portal and the instructor page
The student portal is for enrolled students, signed in with a one-time code sent to their e-mail; keep the code private. The instructor page is for the school's accredited instructors only; signing in with another person's number or PIN, or recording a lesson that did not happen, is forbidden and is reported to the LTO.
7. Using this website
Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, send automated requests to its forms, or submit someone else's details. The text, design and the Steer mark belong to their owners and may not be copied for commercial use.
8. Liability
We keep this site accurate, but schedules, fees and LTO rules can change; the registrar confirms them when you enroll. We are not liable for losses from the site being unavailable for a time. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
9. Personal data
How we use your data is set out in our privacy notice.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. We may update them; the date below changes when we do.
